  • You need a Frame.io account and a supported Cloud Device. Click here to find out how to authorize a device on your account.

  • To learn more about Frame.io C2C, visit our collection of articles. Click here for details.

  • Frame.io C2C requires the internet to upload files to Frame.io. If internet access is lost during a record, that file will upload once internet connectivity is restored. Files recorded while offline will not upload. However, since all files are recorded locally on the Cloud Device, they can be manually uploaded if needed.

  • Frame.io C2C is included with all paid plans. Free plans will not be able to see Cloud Devices. Live Streaming will be available later in 2021 as an add-on cost.

  • Cloud Devices upload into a fixed folder structure in your Frame.io project. Once you begin uploading, look for a folder called Cloud_Devices. Click here for more information on the Cloud Devices folder structure.

  • Yes! The Teradek Cube 655 supports passing timecode and clip name to the proxies, allowing for easy relinking and conform. Click here for more information on camera compatibility.
